Ingredients: water, mustard seeds (17%), vinegar, sugar, salt, jalapeno pepper dried (1%), spices, antioxidant: potassium sorbate.

Best before: stated on the lid.
Protect from moisture, direct sunlight and freeze. Shake before the opening, unscrew the lid and remove the foil.
